So, I posted about how pregnancy was treated me at the beginning of this week. I'm now a day away from week 31... and I've got to say, week 30 is when it all changed!

I can't believe the difference between just 5 or 6 days ago and now!

The baby's movements are MUCH stronger and clearer.

I'm seriously waddling and struggling to get around.

Swollen legs and ankles.

Indigestion.

Fatigue has increased significantly, all I want to do is sleep! (though this could be from adjusting back to work after holiday as well).

Baby-caused pain bad enough to wake me up/ keep me from doing daily life things (like dressing myself and walking to work). I think it must be that the baby sometimes sits on a nerve or something.

PEEING!!! OMG, the peeing constantly is BACK! I'm up 3 times a night, peeing every 2-3 hours during the day, and things like commuting to and from work is becoming a real struggle because I can't seem to make it that long without needing to pee again. My bladder never seems that full... but the urgency of constantly needing to pee is very real!

I look like a beached whale. Seriously... I'm HUGE. The midwife measured me yesterday and did agree that I'm measuring big. Of course I'm worried about what that means for the size of the baby... but they assured me that there wasn't much I can do about it, so I should try not to worry.

5 more weeks of work this module. I'm not doing much at work... pretty much the bare minimum. Getting to and from work is the biggest challenge- I think it would be fine if I didn't have to walk over a mile each way. I'll need to go back 1 more week after half term... but I'll deal with that when the time comes.

Also, I think I found some good information today on SMP rights, and according to it I do NOT have to return to work after maternity leave and I do NOT have to pay anything back. :D Good news indeed!!
